I’ll come right out and say it….. I LOVE IKEA AND I DON’T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!! I love that Ikea makes design accessible to people all over the world. Their products are simple, stylish and extremely affordable… and I am totally here for it!
I thought it could be fun to make this a series on here, featuring some of my favourite new products from each season. If there are any other retailers you’d like to see this done for let me know some you would be interested in in the comment section below!
Rattan, love it or hate it…. its back with a vengeance! I think rattan adds lovely texture and helps makes things feel laid back and chill. This dining chair and vase are two great ways of subtly incorporating this trend into your space.
I’m a sucker for dish ware and IKEA always has great new launches every season. I think these little glass goblets would look great styled on open bar shelves and make the perfect vessel for a delish dessert or a glass of oaky chard (TGIF!!). The shape and texture of the unglazed bowl makes it an interesting and beautiful center piece for a dining room table.
Brass accents are still very on trend and really pretty. Little touches on these pendant lights and desk clock are great for adding a bit of shine and warmth to your space!
IKEA is a go to for affordable throw cushions and they release new patterns and texture all the time, which makes it easy to switch things up each season. I love the idea of mixing patterns and textures and these two work so well together.
A beautiful runner in the kitchen or bathroom is an unexpected and fun way to mix in colour and pattern. The green tones and vintage look of this one is perfect and SUPER affordable!
We all need storage but you still want it to be cute, right? This little set of drawers would make for a great bed side table, end table or office storage. Such an interesting shape and fun colour.
Would Love to hear what you guys think of these picks! Comment your favourites below and let me know which stores you’d like me to feature next :)
